Cyn has recently jump into the makeup pool and started posting mini reviews and haul photos on Twitter and friends suggested she start a blog to post expanded reviews. After some thought, she decided to not use any of her existing blogs, instead setting up a new site with the help of WordPress. She decided to invite some of these friends to join her in posting their own reviews, and so Loose Powder was created!
