I made the cloak and dress for my sister as a present - gave it to her for Christmas. She lived in NC at the time, so I didn't see her that much and wanted her to be able to take it with her. She had mentioned she wanted to be CD, but she didn't know I had made the costume for her. Did it all on the down-lo. ;) Favorite part: The cloak was pretty cool - I used the movie version, because I thought it would be easier than trying to make a fir coat! Least favorite part: Sewing the trim on. Ugh. I sewed most of it with the machine, but the hem which I did by hand. It was a pain, but it was actually easier…The dress also sucked to sew, too.
