Quilters have made these crazy looking toys from their quilt scraps. A co-worker got me started on them, and I haven't been able to stop making them! We actually make them during our lunch breaks - it's almost like the Quilting Bee's of old! So far I have made two bears and a bunny from a pattern she bought from E-Bay. I also found a Simplicity pattern (retro - and re-released) during their $.99 sale with some other toys that I will try to make. But for right now, I'm building up an inventory of them with the bushels of scrap fabric that I have laying around.

Favorite part: making the yo-yo's

Least favorite part: actually putting the toys together can be kind of tedious and requires some fine motor skills...
