Proficient with hand-coding HTML, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign in both Windows and Macintosh. Also have experience with Adobe Illustrator, HEAT Database Program, computer hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Editor and layout work. Designed the cover for the 1999 edition.

Seasonal Staff Sorted mail requests for duplicate GED diplomas as well as exam information packets. Data entry and diploma printing for duplicate diplomas. Assessing and mailing Special Mod requests.

August 2000 - Present Information Technology Help Desk, SUNY Oneonta
Help Desk Technician Phone support for students, faculty, and staff of the college. Also able to troubleshoot, configure, and install network cards.

September 1999 - May 2000 Learning Support Services, SUNY Oneonta
Secretarial Assistant Prepared packets for the college writing exam. Sorted graded exams according to pass/fail. Signed students up for peer tutoring.

April 1998 - August 2000 Media Play Store #8153, Schenectady, NY
Customer Service
Associate Ringing register and assisting customers. Prepared incoming shipments of merchandise for the floor, including security tagging. Changed bi-weekly "Top Ten" display in the Books and Computer Software Departments.
